Get Out And Call Me By Your Name Among The Indie Spirit Award Nominees

Get Out

As award season continues, the Film Independent organisation released its nominees list for this year's Spirit Awards. Indie movies such as Get Out, Call Me By Your Name and Good Time are all in the running for awards.

Jordan Peele's horror comedy scooped several nominations, as did Luca Guadagnino's latest. But perhaps more interesting were the movies that landed nominations in categories such as acting, directing and screenplay but didn't manage to squeeze on to the Best Feature list, including Martin McDonagh's Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

The ceremony for the 2018 awards will be held on 3 March (the day before the Oscars as per usual), and will be hosted once again by Nick Kroll and John Mulaney.
